Protect HIV Services—Act Now

For over 40 years, CAP has led the fight against HIV in our region. We prevent transmission of the virus and we work with people who have HIV & AIDS to stabilize their health and live fulfilling lives.

This work is of international importance. And through years of successful advocacy, it is funded by the federal dollars it deserves. We use these dollars to keep people healthy, safe, and housed.

Recent uncertainty about the dependability of our federal contracts threatens our ability to provide these live-saving services. You can help provide the stability we need during these unprecedented times.

Together, we can keep CAP's programs strong and resilient. We can provide the people we serve clarity and assurance. They need to know that their healthcare is, and will continue to be, available. They need to count on the affordability of their life-saving medications. They want to know that their housing security isn't on the line.

Your support will strengthen our agency, bolster our programs, and ensure no client loses their HIV care as a result of partisan politics.

The CAP Resilience Fund aims to address a potential $3.5 million loss in federal funding.

Healthcare Can't Work Like This Either

In response to the changing needs of the people we serve, CAP opened Prism Health in 2017. Through our two Prism Health locations, we provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services to over 3,000 people in our community.

Of those patients, around one-third come to us seeking gender-affirming care. These trans, non-binary, and intersex individuals count on us for their day-to-day care, hormone prescriptions, individual therapy, and more. Medically necessary services can't be disrupted without risking lives.

Your support today will help ensure that these critical gender-affirming health care services can continue to improve and transform the lives of our trans, non-binary, and intersex community members and provide a haven for them during these political attacks on their health and their lives.

Make gender-affirming care more resilient. Donate today.

We need you today!

No one should get between a patient and their doctor. Step up today to make our programs more resilient.
